» Location
160 km from Sri Lanka’s capital Colombo, and just a few minutes away from the nearest town, the Heritance Kandalama is an oasis of luxury and relaxation.

Two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the 2000-year-old cave temple at Dambulla and Sigiriya’s rock fortress are just minutes away from the Hotel. Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa, the ancient cities that form the Cultural Triangle, as well as the Minneriya wildlife sanctuary are also situated close by, making the Heritance Kandalama an ideal base to explore both Sri Lanka's ancient heritage and its rich bio-diversity.

» Accommodation
The Heritance Kandalama has 152 luxurious rooms, built on two separate wings, which blend perfectly with the natural environment. Each room has a breathtaking view. The Dambulla Wing has vistas of the surrounding mountains, the forest and Kandalama reservoir; whilst the Sigiriya Wing captures picturesque views of Sigiriya Rock.

The spacious and elegantly furnished rooms have en suite bathrooms with rain showers and hot and cold water.
