| Our open air restaurant surrounded by nature, serves a variety of dishes ranging
from eastern to western cuisine. All produce and herbs served are freshly gathered
from the nearby village and not forgetting the delicious fresh water fish. Our
executive chef with a career spanning over 25 years and experience in several star
class hotels is ready to serve you the meal you prefer on request. He specializes
in everything from European to Chinese, Indian and Sri Lankan dishes.
The Restaurant is open from 6.30 am to 11.00 pm and offers Breakfast, Lunch and
Dinner along with A la Carte menu. |

| When you are done with all other visits, just go for a walk through the naturally
landscaped surroundings that leads to the near by villages, with an awesome view
of paddy fields and vegetable cultivations. A little further down you can admire
the man made irrigational tanks, filled with lotus and other wild flowers, swaying
in melodious harmony to the music of the birds.
