Closer to the towns of Diyatalawa and Bandarawela the drive from Colombo to Haputale takes about 5-6 hours. You can use public transport as well while there are many roads leading to this part of the country. Travelling by train will take approximately 6 hours from Colombo.

Sherwood Tea Plantation Bungalow offers guests four stylishly designed spacious bedrooms that consists of one triple room, two double rooms and one single room. The entire bungalow can house between 8-10 guests. Two bedrooms have four-poster beds while all rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. The property also includes three bathrooms of which two include bath tubs. Hot/cold water facilities and shower cubicles are also available.
