The bungalow at Norwood commands a fine view of the eastern end of the Bogawantalawa valley and rests in the shelter of one of the finest bamboo stands to be found anywhere. The suites are oversized with imposing colonial style furniture, some with four-poster beds and very elegant bathrooms. A spacious lounge and well-stocked library lead out to a croquet lawn, a large swimming pool and sun deck. It is here where planters of the past invited friends to enjoy the pristine air and glorious outlook. You too can wander the gardens unchanged since yesteryear, soaking up the atmosphere of a time gone by.

This long low whitewashed home has been lived in for 75 years. The verandah opens into cosy bedrooms decorated in the vivid colours of sunset and sky. Fresh cut flowers match your mood and the giant blue bamboos, take your eyes into the distance. Watch the mist rising over the mountains and dream.

A fully furnished planter's bungalow located in Dickoya Estate is available on rent. It houses 4 master bedrooms, a sitting room each equipped, a dining hall with refrigerator, freezer & gas cooker, kitchen with experienced cook & assistant & badminton are. The bungalow is equipped with hot & cold water facilities, entertainment room with TV, stereo & board gamestelephones and 3 phase electricity.

"Agraoya Holiday Bungalow" is a tastefully semi modernized bungalow, to keep the colonial ambiance of a tea planters bungalow. This bungalow is set amongst the high mountains, tranquil surroundings which offers extreme relaxation and Peace a visitor could ask for, to rejuvenate the tired soul.

A Scenic view of the Adams Peak or the Sinhalese devotees may call the "Sri Pada" could be seen from the sitting area of the Agraoya Bungalow.

The Bungalow comprises of a sitting area and a separate Entertainment/ TV Lobby. Three Bed Rooms with attached Bathrooms and Hot/Cold water. Also a Separate Annex comprising of a Sitting, Bed Room and attached Toilet.

The right round lush lawn is an invitation to the kids to run around and the Badminton court and Swing to play till their hearts content. The Visitors also could take a lazy walk around the Bungalow. Most of the year, the nights are cold and misty.

An obliging Butler and, caretaker is available to give you an experience of the living style of a Planter in the colonial era which offers a "non-hotel" atmosphere. Meals are based on the provisions provided by the Guests at no extra cost. Cooks are well trained to prepare sumptuous meals ranging from western, Indian Food and of course traditional Sri Lankan classics.

A Maximum number of Ten to Twelve (10 - 12) Guests including Kids could occupy the Bungalow.
