The Main Restaurant of Grand Hotel is located on the ground floor of the hotel and overlooks the beautiful gardens while offering a wide selection of both Western and Eastern cuisine. The Coffee Shop which is located close to the Main Restaurant and specializes in serving light meals and snacks.

The Public Bar is considered a popular meeting place where guests can enjoy drinks. Located right next to the bar is the Billiard Room which has 3 Billiard tables of international size and standards. The Nuwara Eliya Golf Course is situated right next to Grand Hoteland is one of the most picturesque 18-hole golf courses in the region.
