The property consists of 3 "Jala Mandapa's" with decks for the water dwellers that are located on the man made Lake of Jetwing Vil Uyana. For forest dwelling there are 10 "Vana Avasa's" with pools which are the largest abodes at the hotel. There are also 6 Paddy dwellings and 6 marsh dwellings each with a deck and plunge pool.
