| Chaaya Wild Yala is a wildlife resort that blends with the borders of Yala National Park. Chaaya Wild Yala wildlife resort that brings in 4 star luxury in the wilderness of the deep south of Sri Lanka, in itself, is a wildlife experience: a game lodge on a terrain ranging from bush jungle, wooded jungle, beaches, fresh water lakes and scrubland rich in wildlife and birdlife. Elephants, leopards, wild boars, wild buffaloes, sloth bear, sambur, spotted deer, wild boar and sloth bears are among the large mammals that sprawl in and around Yala National Park. Yala is also home to over 150 species of birds. Chaaya Wild Yala wildlife resort was formerly known by the name of Yala Village.

Chaaya Wild Yala is located 288km south of Colombo at Kirinda, bordering Yala National Park. Yala National Park is one of the main wildlife attractions of Sri Lanka. The gateway to Yala National Park is the town of Tissamaharama. |
Chaaya Wild Yala Accommodation |
Chaaya Wild Yala accommodation consists of 68 Jungle Chalets and 08 Beach Chalets. The spacious interior spaces of chalets consist of a bedroom and attached bathroom with h/w shower. Hair dryer and Complimentary toiletries too are provided.
All chalets, while brimming with luxury facilities and amenities also feature wooden floors and interiors deco that enhance the feel of safari lodges. Among the in-room facilities are WiFi internet, IDD telephone, a/c, overhead fans, 32 inch LCD TV, DVD player, mini-bar, tea/coffee facility and safety deposit box.
Beach Chalets
Indian Ocean is brought into the view in the verandah of the beach chalets built on stilts. The Beach Chalets can accommodate up to three guests and are ideal for families.
